October Update:
I installed the Airsal 70cc kit and I kept having soft seizing issues. It would run fine below 20 mph but anything over 30 would cause it to seize and die. I could kick start it again and keep going but it do the same thing. Has anyone had the same problem with the Airsal kits? I thought my oil pump was bad so I started premixing 32:1 gas:oil and it still kept happening. I dont think it is a crank issue but I am not sure. Any input is welcomed. I took the piston and cylinder apart and there was some scarring on the cylinder walls and on the piston. UGH more money wasted.
My other bike has a Stage6 streetrace that I have found to be very reliable so I picked up one from Brandon at scooterswapshop.com since I couldnt find it anywhere else got it installed and it runs pretty well with a Leo Vince exhaust. So far I am hitting 48-50 mph but I have not pushed it too hard yet. The plastics are still beat up so I dont have pics but if anyone has Vino plastics I am interested.

Sounds like you need to upjet, or maybe check for airleaks. Did you change the main jet in the carb? If not don't ride it again til you do. The airsal kit should have came with a new jet I think.

Then you may have an air leak somewhere. If your using a pod filter you may need to upjet 5-10 more steps, 100-105 seems to be popular numbers with guys with open filters. If stock air box, then I'd say definite air leak.

Im using a stock airbox and Uni filter. my intake tubes are all new and tight. Very strange. I ran the stage6 kit for about 10 miles on and off full throttle which is farther than the other cylinder every made it with the same premix solution. Where else would you check for the air leak? I did try the carb spray test when I first installed everything. I will try it again.
