just picked up a cheap .22lr western frame revolver at gander mountain on sale for $119 + tax. im. not the biggest fan of cowboy framef pistols although i love revolvers. BUT for $120 i couldnt pass, might be good to keep in the boat or to put snake shot thru when camping. feels like a solid gun, single action with a decent trigger. if you need an extra cheap gun check these out

I'm a revolver fan too!Shot thousands of rounds thru a 1911a1 then read a book written in the 30's by Ed McGivern called Fast and Fancy revolver shooting,,That little book switched me from autos to revolvers and I never looked back..I'm sure the "fist full of bullets" guys will be kicking up dirt at this post,,they just need to read that book...

My dad has an old revolver from the 60's that is a 9 shot snubnose .22. Always loved that pistol. He used to be into cheap pistols and revolvers--i.e. $75 Jennings .25 autos and such. It is good to know that one can still find a low-cost firearm that is not a Hi-Point automatic (nothing against those, but when I was in my early 20's, I picked up a few low-cost firearms such as Jennings when there was a variety out there--and this was in the L.A. area when they had gun shops!)

Two best handguns I've ever owned was a Springfield armory 1911A1 combat grade. The other was a little 22/22 mag single action western revolver. Both guns were like an extension of my hand. I love those single action revolvers

Handguns banned in UK. Not handled one since the 90's a small double barrel Derringer I think which we destroyed so it couldn't be used after getting it out the hands of an idiot. I remember handling a Browning automatic when younger though and a Bren gun.

Damn all you in the states! Lol. We can have guns, just not carry for protection or whatevs. Hunting only I have my grampas old EM-GE 6mm German starter pistol. Gramma said we can have his hunting rifles once me or the hubby takes the 3 days course. We've never shot it because we like to keep it more as a collectors thing. I know these were one of the first pistols they gave the Germans for war to practice with or something along those lines... Now that I think of it, THOSE COONS! That thing is cool asf. Wanna sell it?

If any firearm I wouldn't want to fire full-auto, it would be a Jennings...especially by accident!!

It's probably safe to say I'll never sell this. I have a lot of my grampas stuff and unfortunately he isn't around anymore. Maybe I'll do us some fun and get a few rounds fired for the first time. And git on vid. I haven't looked into wether or not the ammunition can be purchased retail? Other from a collector or seller who is in possession. Do you know anything about this thing Gregg?

I'll find a few cans of those so I can keep the container of ammo from gramps. What do you mean blanks? Like there's no powder in them? I'm not sure how REAL this thing would work if I shot at something. I've been shit by a pellet/bb gun. Is that close. Lol have you guys seen speeddeamons vid on YouTube with the tiny mini cap gun? It fires , and it has flare attachments. Pew-pew-pew hehehee gregg, are you gonna get some footage(omg, I almost spelt PHOTIGE) shooting some targets -not trying to thread jack.
