Total came to $150, they said there were 7 layers of paint overtop of some corrosion on the rear wheel. Total difference from what they looked like. They look good out in the sun. A little darker then I wanted but still good for me. Anyone know the aerox rotor bolt thread size

Ok so I got everything swapped except for the rotor being bolted up. The rear is as easy as it gets. Out with the old and in with the new. The front is on but I need to figure something out. The aerox forks are about 1.5" longer then the Zuma forks. So to me it sits too high. I can grind the stops and push the forks higher and hope the pinch bolts hold to get it to sit lower. Without further ado the pictures: Is this OSHA approved? New bearings in Out with the old A note for anyone needing an Aerox spacer the measurements are 23.5mm long, 10.0mm ID, 20.0mm OD. For the swap you will need a shorter axle or a few washers as the Zuma axle is too long. The proper length is 240mm

That's looking sexy! I was going to grind those stops out. I think there's enough material to hold them solid with the pinch bolts. And a new stem isn't all that expensive if all else fails.
I have some of the faux carbon that wraps around those forks if you need it?

I've got some of it also I'm just not sure I want it on there. I really think it's fine to grind the stops out. I've lowered other bikes with that method. I've got an Aerox stem but I think that's more work then it needs to be to swap it just to find out it still sits too high.

Good thing is it takes about 12 minutes to set up my lift and pull the front end back off. I'm cutting the stops.

I think I actually like it now that it's on there. This stuff looks just like carbon fiber. Pretty close match I thinkie.
