you mean the jdm rear fender set up www.scooterwest.com/items/?_pageCCS=t#page=/item_details/Zuma-50-Rear-Fender-w-Taillight---T-S/1842yeah and if my wife knew how much money i spent on scooters i would proably be dead but when she gives me crap like last night i ask her if she would be happier if the other women was a real women and she shuts up (though some times i think a mistress might be cheaper) but what i have in my scooters pales to what i dumped into my fire bird over the years and now that needs new floor boards so its either yank the engine and find a new body or spen a fortune putting the floorboards int Your like my Zuma angel hahaha. I got the throttle cam cut today, Woah! These little yamaha engines are great. I bury the needle on flats. I think when I get the leo and vari setup I'm gonna need to buy a digital speedo. I need to get the stock vari out though. I can tell the revs are there but I'm not getting the power to the wheels. I need to get them weights weighed. Pipes are so crazy high though and my budget is tight at the moment considering I just picked this up 3 days ago haha. Pipe or Vari?! I'd prolly get more out of the Vari right now since I do a lot of city driving. Like being able to out of the guy behind me bumper haha.

90cc swap. Skip the BS and start out going 50-60mph. Then work that up with parts.
But if I had to choose pipe or vari... I'd go pipe. The stock pipe is untunable. The stock vari is tunable. Plus - there's nothing like a good hit from an expansion chamber to pull you out of traffic.
I still have yet to buy an aftermarket vari. I do well with just cylinders and pipes!

I had one pull me over last night for not having a flag on my scoot. Then said if I was caught doing over 30 he would have my zuma impounded. Guy seemed to know his stuff, he was checking the engine ID and everything. I gotta keep it stealth I think and pick up a flag to just keep em off my ass haha

:disco: He knows his stuff but tells you he better not see you over 30MPH  :help: ! The state law limits MOPEDS at 25MPH  . And we arent even aloud technically to ride a scooter w/o a DL . I wouldnt rub that in tho ;D
