Finally got my 150 running. Now I'm having major issues. I have 4 carbs, and 4 different spark plugs. Now all are doing the same thing and turning the spark plug black with carbon on it. If I upjet it's wet and fowls plugs. I used a 85 88 96 105 108 110 112 114 jet all give carbon black, and shoots out black smoke from exhaust. Now the air fuel mixture screw is in all the way. Even on the 85 jet. I have no air filter and running a bigger valve head. I don't know what to do? I'm stumped!

If you have bad value guides, seals or the rings are not installed/seated correctly you can have this issue. Maybe you are getting OIL fouling and not so much fuel fouling?
That said, burning oil usually burns white. You say you're getting black smoke. Hmmmm.
I would rule out the basics......
Check the compression.
Disconnect exhaust pipe and try to start it. (possibly obstructed exhaust pipe)
Make absolutely CERTAIN your tank has only FRESH fuel from a container that has no water or contaminants in the bottom. If in doubt, drain the tank and carb dry and get fresh gas in a verified uncontaminated container.
No air filter? So are you saying the carb inlet side is open to the air with nothing at all attached?
Recheck timing.
Recheck valve clearances.

Check your compression. I was chasing the carb with my starting issue...black carbon plug...turned out to be a burnt valve

Yeah, I think it is a burnt up valve. Know matter what I do it won't run right. Anybody got an extra 150cc head? Preferably with the bigger valves??
