Here's my Yamaha jog cg50 I brought off eBay for £80 here's a pic of what it looked like.   Was a none runner all stock hadn't run in over 10 years, |

Replaced stock cylinder(rusted out lol)put in a cheap 70cc naruku, Fitted 19mm dellorto carb 2000rpm contraspring Heavier 7 gram rollers fitted New spark plug Racing cdi Took off old exhaust replaced with a tecnigas rs 70cc exhaust. Fitted the cy50 rear light indicator assembly and also fiberglassed the cg50 fairing to fit the newer twilight assembly. Removed the old headlight and fairing and handlebars, Fitted the handlebars from the superjog ZR an also installed headlight and handlebar fairing from the superjog. Painted all fairings black Engine cover,chassis and rims all in red. Below are some pics of my baby so far    |

got myself a Yamaha 5bm engine to start playing with,
what clutch and variator sizes is on this 5bm engine guys?
finally getting welding work done end oc week to the cg50 frame so I can fit the horizontal engine
I'll include pics of the finished framework asap
I've now completely stripped the vertical engine so if anyone needs any parts gears etc. hola me

Usually a 105mm 2 shoe clutch and a regular (13mm crank spline) variator.

To bad you are over seas shipping would kill me. Are those stock gears? The 5mb motor had angled reed block and a factory trench. Good choice

Usually a 105mm 2 shoe clutch and a regular (13mm crank spline) variator. gotcha took crankcase off today and confirmed all of the above!! thanks dude |

Good choicestock gears for short case vertical yes 14/52 10/38. shipping isn't too bad for my biz I send stuff international with tracker from £10-20 a parcel buddy, I can't wait to get these mounts welded on to my cg50 frame and stick that 5bm engine in lol, I've got my eyes on another 5bm engine already simply way too cheap to miss out on. |

guys when looking around for new cylinders for the 5bm engine is still the older model jog I search for with 10mm pin Easiest way is search for the late Zuma with 10 pin, 1pe40 or horizontal jog. Horizontal cranks and cylinders are the same just pin size 10 on the Yamaha, 12 on some of the clones. If upgrading the crank 12 is the way to go |

Ok guys ive gone and brought a jog cy50 ive took the engine off and installed the 5bm engine from the space innovation jog.
had a few wiring problems and also had to install the whole wiring loom from the space innovation jog(runs on dc).
now heres the mods ive done so far to the 5bm engine
-installed 70cc top performances blacktrophy cylinder.
-installed 28mm oko pwk carb
-changed variator weights to 6.5grms
tomorrow il be installing the yasuni exhaust and end of month will be installing longest gears on the market.
next on list to buy is the metrakit inner rotor and crankshaft.
il update with pics soon as upload link isnt working.
Looking for your guys input on your preferred top end cylinder kit?

Any uk guys have waterpump drive bolts rubber grommets for minarelli
Also looking for a aprilia sonic front end forks wheel disc brake speedo drive etc..
