Joggybro's build update fitted yasuni c16 city,
Upgeared both primary and secondary gears
Installed polini evolution variator.
Installed polini contraspring and evo slider.

Tsimi u hsve the 5bm engine like me correct?does urs have the angled reed block?i need carbon reeds to fit my stock metal one got chewed up lol Luckily enough didnt cause too much damage although to find the small missing oiece of petal i had to remove engine and shake it about until i found it in one of the transfer ports |

Yes I use the same 5BM engine with the angled reed block. I use a large reed block with glass fiber reed petals. If you want carbon you either have to buy the one that oldgeek showed you or you could buy carbon fiber sheets and cut them out by hand by tracing the steel petals. Top speed with this set up is 100kph
ive just brought a polaris 90cc crankcase both sides inc the crankcase cover
So now im guna start moving forward with the build next parts im getting is the airsal extreme 88cc bbk and crankshaft
Was originaloy guna go for the polini big ego but i dont like the exhsust port so im going with airsal extreme set up.

All my wiring is from the old jog ac voltage but when i fitted the 5bm engine i had to install some of that wiring loom and the dc cdi etc.. |

joggybro It isn't easy to choose the right CDI. Many factors play a role here. You say the engine is a 5BM and you needed to replace part of the wiring? Are you currently using the CDI of the 5BM engine? If yes, then a new CDI won't necessarily fix that issue. It is also important to know where that 5BM engine came from originally and what does the CDI plug look like at the moment? I have used both following CDIs. The red one is the Digital one with advanced timing which is currently installed into my red Jog. The blue one is only to remove the rev limiter that the Japanese scooters have. Well the original 3kj engine i had in my jog was ac voltage which i installed the blue chinese unrestricted cdi,
I brought a jog space innovation purely for the 5bm engine,
I installed the 5bm engine into my cy50 artistic jog but the 5bm engine is dc voltage and the blue cdi didnt work so i removed all the main wiring loom from the space innovstion and spliced into my cy50 installed the 5bm cdi and spliced the ignition wires into my cy50 ignition key wires.
The 5bm cdi is a biggish rectangular cdi and is dc voltage unlike the cy50 and chinese cdi which is ac voltage.
