Ordered from this ebay seller....
featuredproducts1
A week later the item shipped...the day the item was due to arrive.
I understand sometimes things happen...but 2 things I don't understand....failure to communicate when things happen and lies. No helpful advice from the seller. Never advised item would be late.
Had contacted the seller the day before and was told it had been shipped.
Tracking shows it was shipped the day after I contacted the seller.
Just beware if you order from this seller.....he/she does not appear totally honest.

The best is when they print a shipping label so it gets marked as "shipped" but tracking doesn't show movement for days.

The people I mostly buy from ship pretty fast. But they also have a brick & mortar store.
I will only give positive feedback if it was a good transaction with good shipping time (once in transit, if it takes a long time, that isn't the sellers fault and that has happened to me due to flooding out west).
I hate when some sellers try to blackmail you into giving them positive feedback.
If I give negative feedback, I won't be ordering from that seller again.

Like you said stuff does happen sometimes. Still no excuse for not keeping you informed. And to lie about shipping is just stupid, as it can be so easily checked.

It seems to hurt the one who left it more than the one who deserved it. Look at all the ebay sellers with tons of negative feedbacks still selling like crazy. If you have what they want at the price they want most people ignore the feedback. ("most"...not all). Reason being is that many sellers now will look at your feedback before shipping and cancel the sale if you have left "X" number of negative feedbacks for other sellers within a certain amount of time. Some sellers do it for just one negative feedback left in a years time. Also, if you get into an ugly situation on ebay, the first thing the Community (and ebay will do) is look at your record with other sellers. If you have a few too many negative feedbacks you left the idea is YOU are the problem. So....I don't leave negative feedback anymore. ebay ruined the whole feedback system imo when the took away the sellers ability to leave negative feedback anyway. There are some REALLY bad BUYERS out there as well. YMMV

There are some REALLY bad BUYERS out there as well. YMMV I hear ya. I just buy on Ebay, so if I bid/win/pay, they have no grounds for neg feedback, they seller carries all the responsibility for the transaction. Plus if the transaction is flawless and the seller does not leave feed back, they don't get mine. Most sellers feel you owe them feedback before the buyer gets their's. In the real world when you shop, the cashier/receipt/or exit store sign will say "thank you for your business". In the virtual world its the opposite, seems the seller is doing the buyer a favor by allowing them to make purchases. Go figure....
