Can't directly answer your question. However, Autozone sells individual crimp connectors that should fit in both male and female.

It's like an adapter to my Razer electric scooter but I gotta plug it into something to charge the scooter

assuming its a 12 volt battery, I would get a battery tender, it wont over charge it. even if you have to cut that plug off and replace it with one of the battery tender plugs. you can also use it for your scooter batt and car batteries. if its not a 12 volt then you may just have to buy a replacement from the manufacturer of the electric scooter. if you have a batteries plus store close by, you might stop in there and see what they might have.
