If you paint it to match it shouldn’t look too bad. Well it’s the price you pay for speed.

lol that shinny cooling fan looks awesome! But wouldn't it make more sense to mount the fan on the back side of the radiator and draw air in through the radiator and through the fan and blow it out behind? Imagine blue light shinning behind the radiator!
I also wanted to have a more stealthy approach on the radiator but I also couldn't find a good spot so I was either going with a front position as yours or leg space area. Ended up sacrificing some of the leg space.

Yeah man that looks great. Everything neatly tucked away behind the front fairing is nice, but that big in your face radiator just shouts this thing has some power!

Neat setup. I like how reversible it is. I've got panels cut out and stuff like that and yours looks like if you wanted to go back to AC there'd be hardly a trace that it was ever LC. Nice work.

I mentioned in previous post that I would install the fan between the radiator and the mount(behind radiator). I just showed if in front for the "bling" factor. lol

Not sure where I am at power wise, but it does looks like its ready for the drag strip. I hope it doesn't draw to much "unwanted" attention.

Thanks. Thats my plan. If it doesn't work out, I can always swap back to the polini corsa cyl and go back to the previous cosmedic look. Plus I really hate modding perfectly good plastics. This is a peugeot cylinder on a kymco engine. Port timings are not ideal but do-able. It might not be a working setup. It starts, idles, revs up some, but wot it runs like crap. Then again I use a lot of 2t oil @ assemble and running it the basement does not score too may points with the wife. I want to get the cooling buttoned up while still in the basement, its cooler working there.

I am a little closer with the cooling system. I got return from the cylinder to the radiator figured out. I found a brass faucet adapter that matched the thread in the cylinder head. The hole thru it was a tad too small for a 1/2 copper elbow to fit in. The "street" version was too small. So I took the cutting wheel out of the tubing cutter and kept rolling the elbow end down till it fit into the faucet adapter. I lucked out. This isn't pretty, but I think it will be functional. I wanted to aim it down more, but it would hit the head when I spun it on and off.

I use the same Prius pump on my LC build. Man I'd love to get that plug you got on there. Mine didn't had one.
