I am getting ready to install a big bore kit on my scoot, my only question is that when it is done what would be an appropriate ratio for premixing my fuel and doing away with the oil injection?

I mix mine at 32:1. I have a 70cc bbk in my 02 Beamer.

its going to depend upon your parts with the zuma on sport kits we have no issues with the oil injector and thats about 40 to 1
too much oil and you will be fuel lean and run hot unless you jet richer
on kitted tomos mopeds i stayed at 50 to 1 but then again that is running a wuailty full synth oil

32-40:1 is usually what's considered safe for most engines. You might push it to 50:1 as jmk said if you use a quality synthetic oil.
I do 50:1 with AMSOil synthetic that's specifically designed for lean mix ratios in all of my scoots. It's AMSOil Sabre Professional 100:1. I tried it at about 80:1 once and the engine seized. Many thousands of miles with good results at 50:1 though.
