Where can I get the correct tool for these? A flat blade will get a few of them out, but there's a lot that won't come out.

You'd probably find the correct bit searching "security bit" check harbor freight. You might find it.

They are actually pretty good screws. They work as well as torx or socket heads. They were meant to use with machine drivers in production without the designed-in torque out 'problems' with Phillips screws.
I would not call them security screws though, since a regular flat blade can be used on some of them.
I just bought a few #10-32 screws (Phillips) for replacement use on carbs. Some of the old carbs have been rebuilt so many times the screw threads in the castings are worn out. A slightly longer screw can sometimes 'save' a casting.
If anyone still needs a tool a quick Google search for "clutch head screwdriver" will produce results.

I used a flat blade from an impact set and have already broken it. Admittedly it's from a cheap set that I got from harbor freight, but still, I was only going for the smaller fasteners. The larger fasteners I had nothing to fit them and they weren't even budging. Anyway, I ordered 2 sets of the correct bits since there are so many fasteners that I need to remove.
