I doubt it's worth it but I'm just curious- if I were to have my case bored how big of a cylinder can I fit in there. I likely won't do it but I'm just wondering.

If you speak of 2T's I think 54mm cylinder bore is about the limit. If you speak of 4T's I have no idea.

Maybe frits overmars introduced it? In holland we say 2takt (2stroke) and 4takt (4stroke) and maybe that T stand voor 'takt'?

It's takt. It's popular enough to say 2T or 4T that you can find it on some motorcycle oils.
Re the original question... Just shy of 100cc for a 139QMB bored and stroked. 232cc or larger for some variations of the GY6 150 (GY6-B). The big GY6 builds get really expensive.
