So i finally got my scooter running properly. then on a test run it totally died, lost all power... ect... Had to kick start it and it started with no problems. Now when im driving it feels like the fork is locking whenever i get any sort of speed. very not safe to drive  |

need to greese the bearings on the steering shaft and make sure when you tighten the big steering stem nut not to over tighten it

If there's nothing hitting or rubbing and the upper and lower bearings for the steering stem are in good condition and greased, I dunno what else it would be?

Only happens when up to speed?
Grab the front wheel and see if it spins easy and check for play in the bearings/axle by trying to wobble it side to side.

Check the ignition switch and see if the steering lock is causing the problem.
