Hi everyone, I would like to know your experience with modding handlebars, installing stems and front ends. For instance I have a honda spree and I don't care for the front end as it doesn't look like it can handle much, what if I wanted to install a better front end, say an NCY or maybe even a tao tao front end with a disc brake. I can't seem to find any topics about fitting a custom front end and would like to know your experiences with doing this. Pics of your build would be cool and would give ideas to talk about.

Thanks for the info guys I appreciate it! I see a few different ways to install handlebars and I'll take pics and post them when I can get to it. I'm going to do this for a tao tao and my spree. The spree might be a little more tricky because if I can't find a front end where the bearings and bearing racers meet/snug up I'll have to weld a new steering tube to the frame, easy enough for me to do as I was a welder/fabricator by trade and can competently attach and tie it in, it'll be fun!
BTW I have a 125cc 2t for the spree and it's a from the ground up,custom build, so I'll be able to show everyone how I tackle rigging everything up and getting input from this forum. Not sure what the engine came out of though, it was a Craigslist score, it has KG8L on the fan shroud. I think that's a honda dio? It runs great and has power though that's for sure!
