Either way, I wouldn't try to pass either. I would turn off or just go home if I seen a naked dude on a scooter. Or any where for that matter...
I do remember being fifteen and snuck out to get drunk and party. My GF and I got into an argument due to my intoxication. I said fuck it and rode my bicycle home naked. Only about three blocks, and even drunk I know not to try that again.....
