Recently got my hands on this little beaut but it has no reg. Is there a way i can get a reg for it as i want to put it back on road

Are you asking how you can register your new Express? If we make assumptions...since "reg" is a knick-name, not a word... In any US state you would need, at a minimum, Proof of ownership, (bill of sale), the last owners title, signed over to you, possibly proof of insurance, an application for your nearest DMV office and cash.
If that goes well, you must also get a license plate.
Or are you asking something different?
