First, i am not an authorized representative of Dennis Kirk or its affiliates or brands. I cannot operate under their discretion or in a manner thereof. I am providing only the information or opinions i am legally allowed to share.
That part aside, i would like to interest you in Dennis Kirk. We have a huuuuge selection of parts, accessories, tires, gear, and apparel in nearly all types of motorsports. From casual cruiser motorcycles (coughHDcough) to dirtbikes, pitbikes, snowmobiles, atvs/utvs, personal watercraft, and - of course - some scooter bits!
Now, my personal views, Dennis Kirk isn't as specialized to scooters as partsforscooters is. Its really not meant to be. But if you're crossing parts from dirts, pits, and motorcycles to make a really one-off custom, you can find a lot of good stuff. Plus those universal pieces like brake, throttle, clutch, and speedo cables that DK has is some top notch stuff. I didn't have to pay crazy shipping for a couple mikuni pilot jets, it was 4 bucks in a bubble shipper envelope.
The only downside is - either you know just what you're looking for, or you spend hours browsing. There is SOOO many items for sale online. I don't count it against them though, it is a good thing to have such a vast selection for everything...
Processing a shipment is done fast. If you order something at lunch time, it's on a truck in no time, and the truck pulls away by suppertime. Customer service is amazing, you can call them up and diagnose issues, figure out the parts you need, set up an order and they'll make sure your parts fit right. If you need specs, you call them up and they will have the part in question in a few minutes and the dimensions you need. Plus, from an employee position, they are an amazing company to work for. The operation is huuuge, but it still feels like a family operation.
