That extra cable point is for the enricher circuit. You just need to add a cable to it. The link you sent was for an auto enricher. You can either go with this one or get a cable. If you get the cable don't forget the bendy thing if the cable comes off as an angle.

The split cable you have can be modified when going to premix. There should be a funny little black box halfway down the throttle cable. Open that up, identify which one is the oiler cable and unhook the end from the center cam device, then pull the whole oiler cable out and free. Should work fine in the mean time while you wait for a new throttle cable.

Also, depending on your current carb and future carb, you may be fine using the current style throttle cable. If not, denniskirk has a boatload of throttle cables to pick from. I'll do some digging and see if i can find a good replacement cable that would fit a dell carb with the 90º bendy on the carby end
Plus if you're going to a remote manual choke, i thought i saw a good polaris 27" remote choke cable that fits the manual mikunis and dells. You would just need the bits to convert it in to a manual choke for the carb itself. I've heard many will sacrifice their auto enricher converting it into a manual style.

Well, I went to take the oil cable out of the splitter and managed to break it. This speeds up my new carb deal. I ordered a plain Jane jog carb, I think it's a keihin I dunno if that's right but it definitely begins with a k. I know what you guys are gonna say but it was 20 bucks shipped, if it's crap I'll bite the bullet and order the Dell. Next thing is I need a new throttle cable, which ones did you guys get? What size?

Man this starter gear is a mo fo. I cannot get it. I tried the one I pulled from the parts bike, I tried mine. I tried heating it up. What am I missing guys? Got a regular tgb throttle cable from scooter dynasty.com. it should work with my new carb. Scooter dynasty seems to have an ok amount of tgb stuff, I got my new crank from them too.

New malossi yellow spring on left, old stock spring on right. When I push them down the stock spring actually feels tougher? And if I want to use the yellow the plastic thing that goes on the end right under the clutch will have to be modified as the yellow spring is to narrow

Finally got a good look at my carburetor which is the stock mikuni and at the carb off the parts bike. Anyone else see it lol? I think the parts bike had a jog carb on it. Of course I would figure that out 20 min after I order a new one. On the air box side my new carb is gonna be bigger. I want to use the stock air box so how can I make it work? I think jwhood recommended I Dremel out the fitting some make the carb fit in there. Any other ideas? Do you guys think I will be get mid 50s outta this guy?
