Really cool new release to celebrate Vale Rossi's 20 Years in World GP racing (actually his first race in world gp was in 1996, so not sure how they figure the 20 years thing...)! The new AGV livery is on their newest (released this year) top-of-the-line "Pista GP-R" model. So friggin cool!
Place your pre-orders now. Helmet should be available late October, early November of this year!

I make it fit my non-Eu head! Just because it's Rossi reps... heh heh.
But on a serious note, have you test-fitted any of the Pista / Corsa models?? They definitely fit (more) sim to an Arai RX-Corsair then previous iterations (ie, Ti-Tech model). They are definitely more round fitting than the Shoei X-12/14. And of course all these top-shelf helmets are available with different sized inner pads/cheek pads to almost bespoke standards.
You should definitely try.
Oh. And the this model prolly has one of the greatest eyeport angles of all of the current helmets offered (other than the Arai RX-Corsair... seems aboot the same). Obviously something you need for road racing / track duty. Not so much for scoot riding. heh

One of my track helmets is a Shoei and I choose that one because it did have a better field of vision than the Arai I was using. I'll definitely check out the AGV again, not just because of VR46, but to see how it fits.

The sun and the moon design is a real classic. One of my favourites.
Quite likening the new Arai Colin Edwards classic rep too.
