just curious if a 4t's spark plug should be bout the same color as a 2t's bc we checked mine the pther day and if so shes runnin lean. we already have the carb adjusted as rich as it will go and i just got me a 115 jet in the mail. ill be replacing it if all moped spark plugs should be the same toasty brown

No. 4Ts should show much less color on the plug. If a 4T is chocolate or caramel like a 2T, it's probably rich. It's not uncommon for a 4T with the proper heat range of plug to look very light. Use the power and feel of the tune to help you choose the right jet. I pay closer attention to plug chops on my 2Ts because they run much more on the edge. It's not likely you'll soft seize your 4T from being slightly off on jetting.

I bought a box of those "24mm RunTong carburetors" on a deal and they all came with 100 main jets in them (which should be more than enough on 72cc........ their intended use is for 150cc ATV applications, where they are "lean", but meet emissions).
Vacuum slide carbs are pretty forgiving beasts, I have one on my 50cc, it's rich, but not excessively so (with the 100 MJ), though it likely doesn't get more than 1/2 open. In fact the thing starts with a "rub of the key", is a bit pokey for 45 seconds, then runs fine, something I'm certainly not willing to try and "fix".
Nice "save" on the cable bracket BTW.
