You need to provide more pictures of that sweet brake lever linkage setup.

Of course there will be detailed videos coming but I cannot withhold the end result, I am just so stunned by it. Missing sport seat, headlight glass anda better lever and some small details. But to take a step back and look at it was stunning today "It is (almost) done. This 1974 Vespa Rally 200 now handles and rides like a dream. It is powered by a ported stock 200 cylinder, a cut crank, a Scootopia box and a slightly advanced 12V Ducati Ignition. Dampened by a YSS shock in the rear and a BGM PK shock in the front. In fact, the entire fork is a donation from a PK XL, married with a Grimeca disc brake hub. No more diving, no more "Brake now, stop later". The under-headset fully hydraulic brake setup, puzzled together with a bracket and some hardware, uses a Piaggio Typhoon 50 brake cylinder, more than enough to forget that you are riding a bike from '74. The Pinasco split rims and the sticky rubber add to the equation, resulting in smooth sailing. In all honesty, i am jealous it is leaving tomorrow. That said, it is not done. Headlight glass, new tires, CDI bracket and a better (and black) brake lever are still to come. Let me know what YOU think!" Pushing almost 14hp and close to 17NM of torque

Small update: This thing has been great, it is my fav. loaner if the guy lets me. It rides... like a dream. the ported 200 does its 13-14 horses, just enough to move a little quicker than most others. The light flywheel, the CDI, the exhaust, everything works in harmony. So we were at Amerivespa 2018 in Richmond, VA. Day 1 I broke down on the Stella, throttle cable. Road side fix and we were ready to go. Day 2 I borrowed the Rally 200 and we did over 160 miles that day. finished the afternoon at a private pool club. Day 3 is where the concourse was and some games. Although we didnt really build this to be a showstopper, more like a functional rider, the combination of electronics, suspension and brakes and the little tickle out of the 200, as well as the overall colorscheme woo'ed the judges. I present: America's "Best Vespa 1970's - Custom". And my bud' didn't even expect it. Loved this build and alongside him I am a little proud. Some vanity is cool, yeah?

I really like the look of that thing. Those rallye's are the baddest vespa's around. These are on my bucket list and sooner or later i'm gonna own one.
