ITS ALIVE!!! And What can I say... JEZUS! What a difference.

ended up taking that Aftermarket Big valve head off. The valves were taping the piston causing the ticking sound. Wasn't enough to cause any damage but was enough to pee me off. Also with the new head the engine ran like crap... SUPER low compression and no power at all.. My buddies stock ETON 50 smoked me without even trying. Changed to a stock 49.5cc Head and.. well.. Lets just say he knows what the back of the scooter looks like now.


im not completely done with the tuning yet. Im sure that the 88 jet isnt going to be enough as I am sure the engine is running alittle hot (besides the normal heat increase you would expect from a BBK) So I will put the new Iridium plug and Jet Kit to work tomorrow and fine tune it.

LOL na its actually Orange but the Camera on the Android phone is crap so it turned out to look red. I will get a few pics tomorrow with the decent cam I have and post em up.

It also surprised me that it didnt bend the valves, but it was just a light tap, I mean you could bearly hear it but you knew it was there.
