We run our race car and pit moped on E85. The race car has been on it for about 7 years and the moped for about 3. All we did to the ped was open up the main jet a few thou. That's really all you can do on such a simple machine and it runs fine. We just started back racing for the year and the moped set all winter with E85 in it. I thought I'd have trouble starting it but it started and rode just like always. We just use whatever 2 stroke oil and mix it like you would with gas and no problems. People are way misinformed on this. E85 is an excellent source of domestic, alternative fuel. Do your research before you spout off about us growing food for fuel and implying that were all gonna starve because that simply not the case. Anyway, we think so highly of E85 that we started a website www.RaceonE85.com if your interested feel free to check it out. Most of it is about drag racing but there is some good general information on there too.

Ive been going back and forth on running E85 in Skeedr as a cheaper higher octane fuel.
Good to hear somebody post some good no BS 2T results.
Thanks and welcome whiteline.. I like the advice that comes from those that HAVE DONE IT.
