Hey guys. I've been a long time lurker on this site and have finally decided to post some pics of my GY6 50 build. Mods include: -upgraded(brighter) lighting all around -chinese tachometer -modified/lowered front shocks -80cc BBK w/ larger head -no limit CDI -"upgraded" coil w/NGK plug -UNI air filter -91 main jet -true 20mm Keihin carb -widened exhaust header w/performance exhaust -custom exhaust bracket -49/17t final drive gears -Koso variator -5g Dr. Pulley sliders -1500 contra/clutch springs -Bando belt -16 spoke aluminum front wheel w/ 3.0-10 tire -snowflake front brake rotor -custom stretched/offset engine mount -mini Fatty 5" ATV rear wheel w/stretched 100/90-10 tire -relocated shock mount -chrome fan and CVT covers This is the progression of my build: How it looked upon pick up. Mini fatty rim fit up with 205/30-10 tire. Stretched motor mount mock up. Stretch completely installed. Primo Beer stickers removed. Chrome CVT cover. 100/90-10 rear tire and 16 spoke front wheel installed.

I like what you have done with it. Who does not like a free ride?

So were you into scoots when you won it? Everything looks well done, so I'm guessing customizing in some form wasn't new to you.

Thanks for all the compliments guys! It's been my on again/off again little project for the past year. So were you into scoots when you won it? Everything looks well done, so I'm guessing customizing in some form wasn't new to you. We have a huge Ruckus/Grom/2T scoot following here in Hawaii but I never saw myself getting into the scooter thing until I saw this thing in the Supermarket display and realized I might be able to get it for free. Now that I've made this thing, I think I may eventually upgrade to a Ruck or Elite S (if my fiancé doesn't flip out). As far as my experience with customization, I've always been into modifying anything with wheels really (from rc cars, lowrider bicycles, to 1:1 cars). I'm also a structural metal fabricator by trade so that helps too.
