Just bought a used 2015 Genuine Roughhouse 50. Planning on using it as my commuter to the transit station. Any other Roughhouse owners out there?

The flasher relay is probably behind the plastics that hold the headlights. Welcome to the forum

Faster then most any scooter out of the box. (Thanks Yamaha for dropping your 2T line) As far as the flasher relay, you might want to find a GS dealer in your area first, and give them a call as thy can help you out when the Internet cant. (You did however get to the right form when it comes to two strokes) This is the part i found for you. -->>> Flasher relay <<<--This is GS official parts website but they doint always have what you might need.. Here you go. The left tail light broke so I bought the LED ones that come with the sport version. I replaced both backs with LED. I need to find the flasher relay so I can replace all the blinkers with LED. Anyone know where that is on the Roughhouse? PM me Sunday or Monday. I'll be working with a Genuine dealer, so I'll either be able to ask the wrenches, or look at the manual.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I saw that relay on the site too larrball. Not much of a description though, didn't say if it was an electric LED relay. This is what I saw in the front assembly. I see the horn and lines going to the ignition but nothing I thought locked like a relay. jbjhillbilly - I'll PM you tomorrow.

I thought that was it at first too but it didn't look right. That is the horn Spaz12. I stopped by Scooterville in Minneapolis and the tech showed me where it was. Good news and bad news. I bought the Roughhouse Sport relay. Stock is round and has a green connector and the stock for the sport is red and round. It's located behind the gauge panel. Worked for all of 2 minutes. Then the new relay got warm and shorted. I old one back in. Back to square one. I ordered a universal unit, hope it works better. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VTTDYY/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The other project for today was replacing the center stand. Looks like the previous owner sat on it with the stand in place and bent it. Pain in the A#$. That spring is the killer. I spent 30 minutes cursing until I found this video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_lczq8Rw1E.
