I ordered a pipe from these folks on May 30 and received it on June 15. Not fast, but not bad coming from Taiwan. They shipped the item immediately. What really impressed me is that they sent me an email with the tracking number and 4 images. The pics were of the pipe and gasket I ordered sitting by the box it was to be packed in and then 3 more of the pipe packed and the shipping labels. I too have recently placed an order with these folks.. I have spoken to wayne personally on the phone several times and several emails back and forth. I placed an order on 10-31 and also was sent an email with pics of the packing. Wayne called that evening and assured me that it was "going out today". So far i am pleased with jiangwayne. He even assured me(i did ask  )about the product being the same as the pics. Pics can look lovely compared to the real thing.  |

IVe sent zillions of emails to millions of companies trying to get part info for my Eton --- I guess no-return of email is status-quo for the scoot industry. Its very rare to get a reply. An exception was Jiangwayne. He gave me a very personal response 12 hours later, our time, meaning he prolly answered it as soon as he woke up. I would definitely use him if he has the stuff I need.
