It's over a month i install a new exhaust Tecnigas GP4 on my Piaggio Typhoon 2013 4t 4 valve. I change the original Pilot jet #35 because it always make big backfire on deceleration, now i use Pilot jet #33 Much better! The main jet is #75. I check the spark plug on the driveway,it's hard to check on this model! Today i check the spark plug, for me it look good but I need your opinion! Thank's!

Is that two different size threads on that plug? Holy cow would that thing sit deep in a 4 stroke using the top set of threads!
Also seems like a lot of oil on it for a 4 stroke.

No, only one thread, it's a NGK CR7EH-9, starge spark plug for Piaggio 4 stroke, 4 valve motor....Is not oil, but gas ...

I wouldn't say too lean, go one heat range colder.

Damn, I wish I could see these pictures!
My suggestion is to get a new plug. Set the gap at .035”. Yes, I know that is wide, but I have found the stock coils in these little guys will work just great. If you have one of the after market coils, you may find it won’t jump that gap and you will have to use a more normal gap.
Now do a plug chop. The purpose of a plug chop is to look at what the engine is doing at WOT. Because of that, we want to run the engine at WOT as much as possible WITH OUT letting the engine idle after the WOT run. I hope you have some roads where you can run it wide open. What you want to do is run it wide open as long as possible, then while holding the throttle open, cut the power and stop as quickly as possible. Now pull the plug and look at it. Done correctly, a plug chop will only show results of the main jet. If it’s white , you lean. If it’s black, your very rich (smaller jet). If it’s a tan color, your good as gold, your jet air cleaner combo is great!
