Most common thread for bolts and such on small scoots is M6x1.0. M8x1.25 shows up regularly. That's just general fasteners. We'd need more detail on what you are looking for to offer much assistance. Basically all stock speedometers read high to some degree. Aftermarket speedometers that can be calibrated to excellent accuracy are out there, or some just mount a GPS or phone so they can see their real speed.

My Znen 150 had a dead on accurate speedometer, my Italian scooters are all 10-15% optimistic. I have a Rammount I move around so I can mount my phone easily to figure out how far off the speedo is and just learn that 45mph is really 37mph. I have heard of people putting overlays on their speedometers or little pieces of tape at the main speeds. I find my local Ace hardware has a good assortment of nuts, bolts and screws that work well. Or Loses also does okay. McMaster-Carr has everything.
