i picked up a 2011 ningbo rhon scooter, or thats what the tag says it is, kinda looks like a tao tao but they all do lol. it is missing the throttle grip an housing on the handlebar for the cable. down by motor there are 2 cables, 1 coming from carb, other coming from oil pump. think i am missing the splitter box, if thats what it's called? somehow the carb an oil pump cables hook together but i dont know how. anyone have a pic of they'rs or know whats its called an where i can get one? thanks

ok thanks,, also been reading about just removing the oil pump an premixing the gas instead. i might go that way, i like the idea of not damaging motor cause oil pump quit working.

You'll read plenty of arguments both directions. My stock bikes still have oilers, the kitted don't as I killed one due to, from he looks of the piston, oil starvation.
Save the stubby cables though. They'll be useful if you swap to a manual choke down the road.

I think 30:1 is a little too oil rich. I've been running 40:1 on my 1e40qmb, in both 50cc and 70cc form. No issues as far as I can tell. I know other injection tossers choose this ratio as well.

ok thanks, i'll try in the 30 range first but if it's smoking a lot then i move up to 40. better to have too much oil then not enough lol.

When going to pre-mix, from injected. you should actually check jetting to make sure you are okay after pre-mixing. The oil will displace the fuel in the equation.
