Ok this is the second bad Stator I got from Amazon, it's sold by Iglobalbuy, what the issue was, is they routed all of the stator AC wires, up and over the plastic cores, instead of in the reliefs for the wires. As soon as you put everything back together, and turn over the bike, the inside of the flywheel destroys the wire insulation, and shorts out the AC windings, what's weird is I didn't show a short, but 60 Ohms to ground, I believe the yellow wires, shorted together.
this is the new X-pro stator, with the wires routed properly. I was really surprised it came in a box, sealed in a plastic bag, with a company name on the box, it has the proper protective heat shielding on the wires,which the other stator was missing, and it has proper grommet or a GY6, the other stator had the wrong grommet, I had to use the original.
