I ride Baotian BT49QT-9, current setup is: - real 72 cc (47mm) - naraku v2 cam - homemade exhaust - 4,7g malossi variator weights - #88 main jet - malossi E5 air filter In Croatia is very difficult to nearly impossible to get sports parts for GY6, so that most find my way to some processing units These days I plan to put the # 38 pilot jet, wants to be ok on this setup? You have some suggestions what to build next?? big valve head is also planned but when is the money for it. Here are some pictures that are working on styling img94.imageshack.us/g/dsc00044swm.jpg/

I like what you've done with the body work and clean up. Looks great! Is that a computer fan grill on the air shroud? Nice touch.
38 pilot is what most people use with free flowing air filters.
I think the big valve head would be the best next step. Port match the intake to it for best results. Expect to go up a little on main jet size.

yes it is computer fan grill, thanks for the praise of style, a lot of time and effort is invested. What to get with Dr. pulley sliders, and what weight would be needed me with big valve head? I will try with 36 Piot jet and I'll see if there is a need for 38.

A very similar weight of sliders should work. I'd probably try 5g if the 4.7g rollers are working well. I doubt you'll need to change weight with the head. If you do it probably won't be by much.
