any1 here have a Automatic 1-speed engine ? kids ATV pitbike

hi !

as per Title, has anybody here got a Automatic 1-speed engine 139FMB ? china made so called "honda monkey type" engine's.. engine code type 139FMB is for 49cc model 39mm bore.



from either in a kids ATV or at a some kids pitbikes....49cc 73cc 90cc category commonly. also on some 107cc and 125cc engine's that are same Automatic 1-speed. CC doesnt matter as long as its the 1-speed Automatic.

even a spares joblot dismantled engine will DO as a source of info im looking for.... if lucky, some1 has spare clutch cover casing already separately and parts at it in place, so it would be very easy...

for example, 1-speed Automatic engines are usually on Youth/kids ATV's, like for example on Kazuma meerkat-50cc, etc brands and its many Clones.


im looking for a measurement info for Clutch "pushrod" and adjuster parts, so that i could re-produce them locally by lathe.

like so engine of this type, if identifying only externally.. you can see the Clutch M8 nut and Adjuster rod externally:

i cant get them parts ordered as OEM, not available in my country. and my freeby salvaged project engine is missing them parts.

i only have sample photos of them parts but no Measures.

in total im missing 2 vital parts of the adjuster assembly. i have sample videos from youtube and some more photos from web. so i have info to show.


it would be fantastic if someone would have these parts and able to help.

im willing to pay little fee for help, if its needed.



ive now spend 1,5years waiting for a engine to turn up on Bike Breaker yard 300km away from my home, to take Measurment data from, but no luck yet, not a single engine or remains...
so im getting desperate. i live in a arctic cirle backforests about nowhere, very little population and machines around, no help.


any China made (as titled) engine is ok for this info as a source. no matter what manufac/brand. they all should be accurate clones...




i have 1-month left before Xmas closed-up/holiday, to Produce them parts at my ex-machinist school. after that its Jan 2018-> next opportunity to get onto waiting list...

Cagiva,I,ve no experience with this engine at all but consider this,the mounting stud in the photo has 3 basic sections which you can measure with what you,ve got the thick end maybe 8mm by 10mm (check with a bolt in the housing)the disc 5mm by 15mm and the thin end 6mm plain shaft with threaded end to suit your push rod end.So an 8mm bolt turned down at one end to 6mm and washers to replace the disc section might get you out of trouble.

did you realise that i do NOT have any of them original parts. Nothing.

its not either a brilliant idea (like some tards have brainstormed at other forum...) to re-produce such parts like clutch parts ONLY based on photos................hence im stuck, as i have no TANGIBLE Source for measures.

among them 2 missing parts, 1 is mysterious part Due its construction, as i havent yet found any photo of it part alone.




i also used to be nc cnc -machinist metal worker.............................and ive continued designing making and producing moped-motorcycle etc parts....Brake parts, conversion kit parts, electrical parts etc. special tools etc.
i have a degree from Machinist school, where is studyed 3-years nc and cnc lathe's mill's etc. old school Fanuc nc at years '97~'00.
After that i have worked as a sheetmetal fabricator and TIG welder etc. and as a motorcycle mechanic.....

List of missing parts, that need accurate Measures-basic handsketch drawings, and some photos wanted too.


1. adjuster bolt

2. some sort of "bushing insert" is missing , that is located between "pressure plate" and ^^ above shown Adjuster bolt.

the missing "bushing insert" most likely is Threaded inside as it works in Combination with the "adjuster screw".

- "bushing insert" shows at this video^^, from 1min35s , right after Clutch cover casing is taken of.
- from 1min39s shows the "adjuster screw" from inner side, when its in place at clutch cover casing. obviously look like it doesnt have any "extra" parts fastened into it. this should be double checked.
- at 2min14s person at video removes the "pressure plate" , and the "bushing insert" is still in it at the Middle in place.


3. missing part is the "external M8 locking NUT" ,but that should be afaik Metric standard M8x1,25 nut. not a problem.



at my Clutch cover casing. i have the oil seal in place, for the Adjuster screw, nothing else in place (Missing).

as previously mentioned, all these (139FMB etc CC) automatic engines should be identical, but a Simple measure check would confirm basics...
-Depth from gasket surface at Clutch Cover casing, to Adjuter screw hole flat surface Would Verify that clutch Adjuster parts do not varie by measures, and are cross fit able...




either i find by time some1, or i continue to wait till bike breaker gets another kids ATV to be parted. i often "work" at the bike breaker yard.....
