I bought my wife and i two taotaos a month or two ago. Ive been lurking here since. Lots of good information. Things have been going well with the scooters. Theyre almost tuned. I overestemated weight when i went from rollers to sliders. So i rpm is a little lower than i think is ideal.
Scoot tag looks pretty fun too.

Your history sounds like it's similar to mine. I bought my first scooter, really, for my wife. Anything to get her out of a car. At least sometimes.
It worked well. She's quite enthusiastic about riding. It worked so well that it didn't take me long at all to buy one for myself. Then a couple more to share with our kids.

Thanks. We rented scoots in myrtle beach like two years ago and we never really got over them.
