That's gonna be a nice bike when it's done. Don't remember seeing many scoots when I lived in Brisbane, but this would have made an impression!

Well was ment to pick up machined barrel today needed 1.5-1.8mm taken off bottom to get piston to be level with bottom of ports so i desided to get 2mm so i would have some control over timing but shop hadnt even started 3 weeks wasted but was for the best they wanted $230 min so i went else wear and now its $50 max lol 2 week wait but save a lot so i have to wait again lol getting there And yes its 50cc plastics i like better than the 100cc and its getting rejo for 50cc lol

Its really starting to look like something! I personally don't like the color scheme. That was like almost the standard color choice for an aerox with diy paint job back in the days over here in Holland.
Im really curious for that engine though! If you could have John (190mech) weld up a pipe for you it probably will be a beast of a scoot!

Thats looking very good! Too bad you had to have it machined down. You'd expect a cylinder like that would be a bit more plug and play.

Well it was plug and play but i put a stroker crank in so was lucky the barrel was 4mm longer at top than standard made for porting and moving around. it worked out well in the end have a squash of .9 - 1m and only had to use a .2 spacer under barrel it was the best i could get with useing the stroked crank. so ill do squash again to make sure and finish it up and hope to start tomorrow did a quick check of timing and got 188ex 132 tran and 28 blow down ment to be 14/1 comprestion but with stroker crank may be a little more hoping its not much higher than that
