I think I may have found my problem,I removed and disasmbled carb again and idle jet is cloged could this be causing my trouble and if so ant ideas on clearing it , I've tried carb cleaner and compressed air?

That could do it. Try a thin piece of wire maybe. Must be a tough clog, carb cleaner and air usually does it!

Hey, Got blockage out of idle jet, Scooter started right up runing fairly good still need a mixure adjustment I'll do that when I cool off temp in my garage is about 100 right now. I WANT TO THANK EVERYBODY FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!! I know have a 2006 49cc scooter with very low milage, looks very good total invested purchase $110 repairs $48. Couldn't have done it with out you guys
