No clutch

Maybe the clutch needs oil...I don’t know. Took the cover off, it looks everything on place.i pushed it in, plunger still there.

I think I didn’t stir the can☹️before painting Back to the engine sitting on a stand, noticed the timing was wonky between rejetting and this  Washer for stator screw broken And  Scratch marks in the flywheel. Going to ace for new hardware tomorrow |
