Small update. Finally had time to focus on the pain in the ass which is mounting a stretched tire. Glad to have this task over with, but at least I know the quickest way to handle it in the future.

you're lucky lilpinny. northern ohio is in the stone age. If it wasnt for tydeancustoms (central ohio), I'd still be scratching my head looking around for a powdercoater that would do pc work on my scooter. I would've been past this point a couple weeks ago if I was still in FL. It is what it is tho. Small setback. I wanted to get the assembly started today but I ended up working on my wife's met since it had an issue earlier in the week so I took it apart to work in it. Not that she's gonna ride it currently, but it was on the lift. The Met is now back together. Gonna take it off the lift tonight and start a few things on the RuckFlex build.

Got a little work done this past weekend. Not as much as I would've liked, but things come up.

Got in new bearings for the steering tree. So I installed the front wheel, tree rotor and caliper. Trying to keep a steady flow of work each day. Hopefully I'll be ready to test ride to the weekend

I had a lot going on in the past couple weeks with the birth of my son and the death of my best friend just weeks after he moved closer to me. Its been ups and downs, but i am making it through, so although I was getting work done here and there, I didnt document much. I was caught up in the breaks for a bit, locating a leak, fixing said leak, bleeding, testing, etc. Anyway, I got things taken care of was finally able to get on the damn road... Finally!!! Here's some pics from my first ride on my RuckFlex (that was more than a go around the block). Ride felt good and smooth. Loving the new motor. Top Speed isn't where I want it to be (a little shy of the Reflex's top speed), so I will be doing some tuning/testing and replacing the donor motor parts that I haven't replaced yet, but probably should've (belt and clutch pads - both unknown miles).
