On my Jog I have Minarelli long case engine, it has 12" wheels and drum brakes. I really like how this scooter looks on Aerox wheels. I have a couple of questions. First, the list of parts I'll need. 1) Aerox wheels 2) Wheel hub with brake disc 3) Rear brake disc caliper 4) Brake lever with brake line 5) something else? And now the questions. 1) Will the support hold if I won't weld it onto the block? 2) Will the front wheel fit onto the front fork, without taking off the speedometer sensor? Here's how the Jog would look on Aerox wheels. How the hub looks on this very same block.

There's a few ways to do it but I'm not sure what the best way for your scooter is. Can you post pics? I have an american zuma w longcase minarelli but there a little different from the euro motors. How many splines does your axle have?

For the front wheel you should be able to look up the part numbers to see if it's compatible. Without knowing your model number and year, and the model you are looking at swapping with its hard to make a guess. I have owned a few Yamaha 50's and like most manufacturers, the parts interchange quite a bit. Even from air cooled to the water cooled models.
