Did inaugural ride this evening to work out any kinks. It's loud, it's fast, I'm liking it. Probably be another week before it's really road-worthy. Definitely needs some jet tuning.  |

Never had to fart around so much with banjo bolt sealing in my life. Not impressed with the NCY bleeder valves that came with the front end kit. I ended up buying a standard banjo from Napa. The copper washers that came with the NCY kit are quite thin compared to the ones that came with the master cylinder, and they just did not want to seal. Had to torque the crap out of it to squeeze off the leak. What a PITA. No need for the built-in bleeder valves on the NCYs on neither the top nor bottom anyway. So finally, all put back together. Waiting for jet kit to come in the mail. Hard to start a lean bike with one hand, hehe: youtu.be/QL1UU14wvCk |

I do have to say, this handles so much better than the stock setup. That was one of my worries going into this project. Buy it carves very nicely. Very stable, very confident. Happy rider.
