I'll have an upcoming build where i hack apart an old junk belt driven snowblower (1960s montgomery ward) and fab up a mounting bracket to attach it to my cub cadet riding mower. I'll use the mower deck's pto pulley to power the snowblower and rig a chute director crank handle to reach the operator.
The idea came about as i was shovelling our 15 inches of snow we got the last 3 days. I'm dead tired...

If you get the snowblower working it will never snow again...

When we moved we now have a place with no sidewalk. Last year i used the snow blower 2 times and the neighbor plowed us 1 time because we were out of town. This winter I’ve used it 1 time

We've been destroyed with snow - but it usually happens here mid february til mid april. Thats when the jet stream keeps shifting northward bringing the moist gulf air up towards canada's back porch (and they always leave their door open all winter long.) Minnesota gets snow dumped, it melts, and then freezes into an ice skating rink, then another 8 inches falls on top of it. But as long as you can move enough heavy wet snow far away from your walkways, you won't have as much ice forming... At least thats what we keep telling ourselves...
