Hi guys,
I just finished installing my bbk from enviromoto, Ive installed all of it except for the CVT rollers. Before I put the seat back on, I tried to start it up, but no go. I can hear the starter click, but only once. I took the spark plug out and it isnt sparking. I tried connecting the old spark plug and that doesnt spark either...
Can anybody help me out as to why it isnt working?

Ok so I feel a little stupid...one of the battery connections was a little loose...got it started and adjusted the carb-it works great now!
I had a couple of other questions though:
I installed the Uni air filter, but now I dont have any hose connected to the valve cover breather port-is that ok?
At the end of the BBK instructions here, it says to check the spark plug (for color)-if I already installed the #90 main jet supplied with the kit, should I still check the spark plug for color?
Last, I havent installed the 8g rollers yet, and I was thinking I would ride it around some before doing that. Does anyone know if the stock rollers are heavier or lighter? I was trying to determine if the 8g rollers are heavier to increase top speed, or lighter to increase acceleration (I think I have that correct...).

Get a drug dealer hand held counterbalance letter scale or a digital scale. Letter scale about $4.00.

The heavier rollers won't really gain you any top speed as in mph. Just get you to top quicker. A lighter roller will get you quicker take off, and keep you in a lower gear to climb hills at a faster speed.

I checked the color of the plug, its not wet and does have some color, its darker but not black-is that fine or do I need to adjust something to get a lighter color. I took a picture but it came out kinda blurry so the color looks darker than it actually is.

The "ideal" color for the plug is a medium tan ....... but likely you haven't traveled far enough to get a god read on it yet. These are not like 2 strokes, the plug read is not as critical, you should be fine with that #90 jet in there, and having some adjustment on the idle air screw tells you there are no major vacuum leaks. I would run it in (500 miles), change the oil, adjust the valves, and look at the plug at that time.
