anyone have any good tips on repairing a intake manifold? or should i just trash it an get a new one? the one i have has almost came apart right by the carb, looks like the rubber is seperating from the metal body (unvulcanizing i think it what it's called lol). just looking for a temp fix to try to be able to ride it this weekend, or if theres a perm fix?

No permanent fix. You might be able to seal it with some epoxy but it will need plenty of time to cure and you still may have an air leak

Just buy a new one. It will crack again.

Consider the intake manifold a "wear part" and inspect it periodically and replace when it looks bad.

I saw a video of two russians enveloping the manifold with some thermal plastic, then they heat the plastic and the plastic gets reduced to adapt itself to the manifold

Reparing that cheap intake manifold is like repairing worn out piston rings by welding material on them
Once it starts cracking it is done, you will have vacuum leaks all the time, just buy replacement one or even metal one for a few extra bucks
