got it all put together the other night, but i ran into a few problems. first the kit didn't come with an intake or exhaust gasket. i managed to save the exhaust but the intake gasket ripped in half on me. i have some gasket material to cut another. prob. gonna do that tomorrow along with switching out the syn. for dino oil. second problem is my throttle cable is way to short. i adjusted it all the way out and the carb still wont close any further then about half way. I'm sure it has something to do with the bracket on the new carb so I'm gonna try to get the one off the old carb to fit on the new one, but they are more then just a little different. other then that i was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put everything together. even the exhaust slipped right on.

alright its alive but definitely needs to be tuned up. I'm trying to find some jets for it but i cant find anything less then a 110 for a 150 carb. are the jets different in the 50?

Glad to hear it's back up... Looked a lil lean if i am correct. :paranoid:
I'm sure the 50 uses smaller size jets. I do know that i swapped out a pj from a 50 to a 150 just the other day. They were identical.. I had made it to big, so i needed one. Took it right off a 50 carb. :thumb:

i added the ncy 80cc cam last nite and :jaw: damn, that was exactly what this motor needed. probably the single biggest gain in performance so far. :riding:
i have a molassi kevlar belt and some 5.5g sliders from dr pully that I'm gonna add tonight
