Just got a 2009 sunny 150cc gy6 today.guy told me he bought it new in 09 quit running after 12 miles(just wouldnt start).nobody in his area would work on chinese scoots.after he left I put in a battery,unhooked the air box held my hand over and choked it.started right up and run good.took it for a drive it seems to have a surging at about 20-30 mph.runs fine at full throttle.i guess he called the company they thought it was a carb problem and sent him a new carb that i got with the purchase.I went ahead and installed the new carb.but it still does the same thing.any ideas?

Play with needle heights then if no satisfaction slightly increase main jet size. Most come running lean from the factory.
