Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Early Bird Registration Thru Jan. 5 - $35 per person
Pre-Registration thru May 30 - $40 per person
Registration til rally time- $50 per person
Single Day Pass - $20 1 Day ONLY
NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 1, 2018
Registration fees include a meal.
Register before Aug. 15 to get shirt, too. |

what are the laws there, as far as licensing requirements to operate a scooter on a public road?

This is the easiest list I could find. Arkansas Scooter lawsI thought I read somewhere that the Rally has an insurance requirements - Still looking for that. I will ask one of the Admin...who live in the state for some clarification. |

For 50cc or anything that used to be 50cc no tag or registration required. Insurance is required. Scoots above 50cc are treated just like motorcycles.
