Maybe these Those are sweet! I remember Happypancakes having some fitment issues with Japanese plastics, but I don’t remember if it was everything, or just certain pieces. The front cowl only. The headlight is JDM and the stock US light does not bolt perfect but it works fine.

Thanks Brent. Already lowered the rear, just cut the spring off an kept the bump stop Also thinking about doing naked bars. Which size bike stem works on these bikes? I've seen guys use what looks like mountain bike or bmx stems. Naked bars need an adapter because the front plastics ride so high. Zen Kustom and MNNTBX both make one that allow you to use Ruckus bar clamps or BMX. BMX stems still need the shim. I think it’s 1 1/8” to 1”. And there’s a way to mod the stock front end to lower it, but that How To was on the old TR site. I’ll look for the write up.

I just ordered an oem airbox. Should I just get a uni? I want it reliable I don't care about too fast. I don't wanna have to rejet this thing unless I have too. Polini for ruckus is the variator tho? What about nb50 gears? Can the stock motor handle them?

You just cut the oem shocks? No welding?

Yes. But you will need to cut a groove w/ a dremel on the inside of the shock tower to hold the snap ring.

Trailtec TTO to tune . 4.5g dr pulley sliders. Every GET is a little different. One mod at a time to tune. Too bad TR is gone as all my mistakes are posted. It is very Reliable stock.

You mean the stock jets are 38/78? Or I should change em to that? I'm not planning on swapping out the exhaust or intake, but I am gonna do some cvt mods just cuz.

Yep. It's how they get their mpg up and claim 100+ mpg.

Makes sense. They used to put small jets on the older elites to regulate top speed and performance.

Starting to think this one has a bad ecm.
I got my keyswitch in today, and I got a battery yesterday. I decided to see if she'll start. It flashes the brake light once when i turn the key with battery power, then it'll do nothing at all. The ecm looks like it's been wet before and it had some water in the connection. I don't know if it got in when I sprayed it off or what. I've got the ecm inside next to a heater but I'm not holding my breath.

Put the ecm in a bunch of dry rice for a day out two. Works with wet phones and the pax when it gets wet

Also looks like it's missing a fuel pump. So I might be ordering more parts for her.

Put the ecm in a bunch of dry rice for a day out two. Works with wet phones and the pax when it gets wet I might try that. I've done the bag-of-rice trick on phones before. Seems to work. The thing is ecm's on cars are usually 'sealed' so they can be a pain to get water out of once it's in there. This one also looks 'sealed' with the bottom and the plugs.
