I have noticed that there is some resonating sound at wot and I can feel the vibrarion trough the seat, I replaced whole clutch assembly but didnt help. I am sure that it is coming from the cvt,runs fine othervise
Have anyone ever experienced this?

I've had vibes from mine and they can be tricky to pinpoint without some testing.
If only at WOT, could be engine/tune related. If speed or RPM related, then it could be all sorts of stuff. Most common for speed related is wheel/tire balance.
If you secure the scoot so it won't take off, you may be able to test on the center stand to see if you can pick it out that way. If so, then you can try various things like removing the variator to isolate the engine or taking off the rear wheel to make sure it's not that.

It is not the wheel,I have inspected everything and the only thing that looks suspicious is variator it seems to me that it has too much play on the crankshaft, and I now think that the belt starts to vibrate or bounce at certain rpm

Pull the variator off completely. Inspect the back place slides, sometimes the variator back plate will punch holes through the slides and you'll get metal-on-metal contact. Also, the bushing in the very center of the variator can wallow out, or open up just a little bit and cause it to rattle on the boss/crankshaft. Your rollers could be so worn that they are rattling at the top of the ramps, too.
