I'm inclined to call it a "Spyder Lite". And I love it.
The only trouble is finding a place to operate it safely. If we could only convince our neighbors to cut back on autos and rely more on light motor assisted vehicles, then there'd be space on the roads for bikes like that.
I suppose some safety consciousness would be in order as well. Someone who's a bit reckless could easily flip a bike like that.

I've been researching this bike long before i ever got a scooter, i thought it was finally time to share this with the 49ccscoot world.
I'd get rid of the assist, and go full bore 2t street/race on it =D

Bikes like that with a full enclosure fairing with an in shape rider can run 40mph. Be hell on wheels with a high end kit
