:welcome: I'm new here, but my project isn't that new. It's called ECTO-S. a 49cc Motobravo 4-stroke. I have had it since Summer 2009 and started working on it Sep 2009. Unfortunatly the project was put aside for the last year after the Scooter started haveing some bad problems. Alas tho, I have restarted it and would like some input and help on it from others here. So far I have done the fallowing; Green and Amber LED pods. Replaced most of the stock bulbs with SMD LEDs. 6awg Battery Cables. Performance Coil and CDI. Iridium Plug Auto Starter&Alarm. Small Chrome Air Filter. Hidden Fuel Valve - Someone stole my gas once.... 3.50-10 Tires. GB Decals and currently adding a New coat of Paint. Things I want to do next; Amber Light Beacon Stereo Sound (had this ghetto rigged once when I 1st obtained the small amp a year ago.) Carb Performance Upgrade 83cc Kit Current Pic www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1011489&l=7199c01650&id=100000488747721Old Pic - Fall 2009 www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=839340&l=92ccfe939a&id=100000488747721

Got me #88 and #40 jets for my carb yesterday. Any adjustment advice for me?

The pilot may be a bit big. Most folks end up with a 38 pilot. If you can get your idle mixture screw adjusted without it being all the way in or way out, you shouldn't need to switch pilots anyway.

Ah, it's not gonna mess anything up will it? Drove her around for over 55miles yesterday and everything seamed prefect finaly. Sucked not being able to drive her since September.
Hey, what stuff would you reccomend me getting to increase my speed uphill and pulling out without moving onto bore kits yet. Still new to knowing what all does what on scooters...

As long as it's running good, it should be fine. Glad you got it in tune!
Dr Pulley slider weights would be where I'd start if not wanting to do a big bore kit. They increase acceleration vs rollers and sometimes you'll see a little better top speed. My favorite thing about them is their durability. They don't flat spot like rollers and I've put some sets through many belt or other CVT failures and still been able to use them afterwards. Even though they cost a little more than rollers, in the long run they cost less. PFS carries them, or you can try finding a deal on eBay.

What weight size should I get?

16x13 is the size. Not exactly sure on the weight. I always buy at least 2 sets so I can try to get it setup how I like it. I'd guess around 6g. You could get 5 and 7 so you could do 5, 7, or 6 by staggering. That would be my best guess, but I don't mess with the GY6 50 much so someone else may have a better idea what works the best for a stock setup.

Got them. Now what would be the best way to remove the lugnut? A cheep Impact Wrench or the variator tool that I'd have to order off for....?

The impact has a lot more potential uses, so I'd choose that if just getting one.
